he Ultra-Lightweight Aerial Cable is of a LSZH micro tube design with colored optical fibers organized in fiber miniature loose tubes depending on cable fibre count. This design gives an excellent bend performance and an extremely wide operational temperature range. The unique miniature LSZH micro tubes also provide superior cable preparation and handling properties both for termination and mid-span access scenarios. The tube is wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabrics, in order to be heat insulation and anti-adhesive.Water swell-able elements are used to make the cable design longitudinally watertight. Two 3x0.32 mm brass coated steel wires are used as strength members.The design makes it possible to control the breaking force of the cable so that the cable will break only when a certain load is reached. Two ripcords for easy peeling effect.The cable is completed with a polyethylene ( HDPE ) sheath.

Packing Introduction➜
The fiber optic cables exported by OFC which packaging using high-temperature and high-pressure sterilized molded plywood. The plywood drum will not contain insects and insect eggs, which will not cause harm to the agricultural and forest resources of the destination countries. Therefore, when this kind of plywood drum is used as packing, the customs department does not require fumigation treatment.
