Job opportunities

Channel Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Continuous and proactive research to obtain the latest information on the local market, including future market perceptions and competitor trends;
• Define strategy for the assigned territory in line with the OFC Strategy;
• Develop and maintain customers in the region in line with the OFC strategy;
• Maintain the relationship between distributors and major users.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product sales experience in the communication industry;
• Knowledge and clear understanding the needs of optical communication products;
• Know about key distributors and users in the territory;
• Fluent in English or regional market languages;
• University or Level 3 qualification.












End Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of the end- market in the region and the exploitation of business opportunities;
2. Responsible for customer needs and plans, market opportunity analysis and strategy, customer relationship improvement planning, competitor analysis and response, etc.;
3. Responsible for planning and inviting key customer figures to visit the company, and doing a good job in planning and customer reception to achieve the purpose of inviting visits;
4. Participate in various related exhibitions and public relations activities, invite old customers, meet new customers, and fully explore project opportunities.


Requirements

1. Fluent in Spanish, electronic communication, computer, software, marketing, sales background is preferred;
2. Strong market acumen, rapid response ability, market development and customer public relations ability, interpersonal, communication and coordination ability;
3. Self-motivated, dedicated, independent, willing to take on more responsibilities and pressure;
4. English or Spanish can be used as a working language.

Product Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the formulation and implementation of optical communication products, and communication with customers;
2. Organize and participate in various forms of customer communication activities, responsible for the writing and publicity of communication materials, customer problems and demand collection;
3. Maintain efficient communication with other teams and continuously promote the optimization of internal and external workflows;

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in communication/computer/electronics related majors, more than 3 years of graduation from key universities, relevant work experience is preferred;
2. Have good customer service and goal-oriented awareness;
3. Relevant work experience in large-scale optical communication enterprises is preferred.
