Multiple (1-12 cores) 250μm coloring fiber (single-mode or multimode fiber) is inserted into a high modulus plastic filled with waterproof compound as a signal transmission unit, and a phosphated steel wire and rip cord are placed on each side to form a square butterfly structure (green vitta or customer specified).

1.More dense cores and higher transmission capacity than traditional butterfly drop optical fiber cables.
2.Suitable for higher installation tension and greater span than flat runway cable.
3.The reinforcing and strengthening members are all high modulus steel wires, which can support longer distance and has strong ability of anti-wind.
4.The rip cord is placed inside the cable, which is easy to peel and pull out the cable and shorten the splicing and fusion time.
5.Identifiable vitta for later maintenance, reducing the time for fault detection and repair.
6.The outer sheath is made of flame retardant material, which can meet the requirements of outdoor optical cable for flame retardant grade and environmental performance.

Packing Introduction➜
The fiber optic cables exported by OFC which packaging using high-temperature and high-pressure sterilized molded plywood. The plywood drum will not contain insects and insect eggs, which will not cause harm to the agricultural and forest resources of the destination countries. Therefore, when this kind of plywood drum is used as packing, the customs department does not require fumigation treatment.
